The investment seeks to achieve long-term capital appreciation with capital preservation as a secondary objective. The fund primarily invests, either directly or indirectly through investments in exchange traded funds ("ETFs") and other investment companies (including affiliated funds), in (i) equity securities, (ii) fixed income securities, or (iii) alternative assets. It may invest up to 25% of its total assets in a wholly-owned and controlled subsidiary (the "DWA Tactical Subsidiary").
