Each A.I. Robot gives you access to a trading room that allows you to follow trades in real time. Tickeron offers multiple robots, each with their own room. For every robot you buy access to, you receive more credits. 

With the purchase of 1 robot, you receive a $60 monthly Tickeron Credit that you can use toward the purchase of other premium products.

Q. What does it mean to buy two AI Robots?

Buying 2 robots means you get access to 2 robots, with 2 separate rooms, that both trade in real time.

Q.What does RTP mean?

Q. Why can’t I edit or change my email address?

In order to prevent account hijacking, users cannot change or edit their email address. We apologize for the inconvenience -- in the case that you would like to change your email address, the best choice would be to create a new account.

Q. How do I set up notifications to receive alerts for various products?

Step 1: Log in to your account, or create a new account
Step 2: Click on your name in the right hand corner. Select “Personal Profile”
Step 3: Select “Notification Options” (found on the left sidebar on your desktop computer or by clicking the bottom arrow on the dropdown menu on your mobile device)
Step 4: Enable notifications for all the products you are interested in and click “Save”
Step 5: Select the product for which you just set up notifications and make sure that “Push Notifications” is enabled.  For example, for AI Real Time Patterns select “Trading”, “Customize” then check “Push Notification” and enable it.
Step 6: Drag the confidence, price range, and distance to target sliders to the desired settings. 
Step 7: Select all desired criteria. Un-select by clicking the black squares
Step 8: When finished, click “Save”

Q. Do you have any training or tutorial videos on how to interpret and use the Pattern Search Engine information?

Two of the best ways to analyze the pattern information are pattern statistics and confidence levels.

Each pattern has all of the historical data for that specific pattern and ticker. These statistics help increase the likelihood that this pattern will be successful. The pattern statistics are found on each pattern page.

The confidence level also helps to put a percentage on how likely the pattern is to predict a successful outcome. Risk levels are directly correlated with returns, meaning that a low risk will most likely yield a lower return. The confidence level toggle bar is found in your inbox.

Q. I only received one Pattern Search Engine notification this week. Is there a problem with my account?

No, there is no problem with your account, but you might want to make sure your Pattern Search Engine settings are correct. Perhaps you may need to bring down your confidence level percentage.

Q. Will more ideas, strategies, etc. be added?

Yes. As users are added, experts and advisors will have the ability to sell products like portfolios, newsletters, etc. in the MALL.

Q. What services do you use in your data feeds?

Tickeron uses two companies: Xignite, Inc. and MorningStar, Inc., for the data presented on our website.

Q. How do I cancel  my subscriptions? 

On your desktop:

Step 1: Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner
Step 2: Click on “Personal Profile”
Step 3: Click on “Subscriptions”
Step 4: Click on  “Schedule to Unsubscribe”. The subscription will be cancelled on the last day of the billing cycle. Your card won't be charged again, but you will be responsible for the whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.

On your mobile device:

Step 1: Click the “hamburger” in the upper right-hand corner
Step 2: Click the down arrow near your name, then click on “Personal Profile”
Step 3: Tap on the grey down arrow under the “hamburger”
Step 4: Find the subscription you want to cancel, scroll to the right and and select “Schedule to Unsubscribe”. The subscription will be cancelled on the last day of the billing cycle. Your card won't be charged again, but you will be responsible for the whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.

Q   Can I request a refund?

There is no refund as soon as the payment is processed, but you can schedule cancellation to avoid the next charge.

Q   How do I ensure that I will not be charged?

You have to cancel all your subscriptions.
